It’s January, so that means 1 thing.
Horrendously busy Gyms 😮😅
I can guarantee, when I’m at work in January, every single treadmill will be taken.
This magical machine 🏃‍♂️that’s going to make you loose shit loads of weight 🤦‍♂️
Yes, I applaud 👏🏻 anyone who comes to the Gym to improve their health, but ask yourself this?
Why do you think most people give up by the middle of February? 🤔 💭
Not all, but the majority of people will give up because they’re not getting the results they were expecting 😭😭
Why is this I ask 🤷‍♂️
Because, they’re not changing any other part of their lifestyle. In-particular their nutrition 🍩🍪🍫🍰🍟🍔
They are still eating rubbish & dare I say it, still eating way too many calories 😞
So they go to the Gym, absolutely smash themselves 😰😰 then look at the scales and they ain’t moving much 👀😢
So hence, the mindset of what’s the point 🤷‍♂️ all this effort for not much results.
Change your lifestyle, change your nutrition to a balanced healthy one 👌🏻
One that is sustainable for the rest of your life 🙌🏼 Instead of short term fixes that don’t work 🤦‍♂️
