Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These are the perfect snack to just grab and go. You can store them in your fridge and take one when you're feeling peckish. Eat ball has 9.5g of protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 85 g runny honey Use golden syrup for vegan alternative
  • 85 g peanut butter
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 75 g chocolate protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Melt honey & peanut butter over a low heat until completely mixed.
  • Add protein powder, cocoa powder & oats.
  • Add small amount of water to loosen mix.
  • Roll into balls — approx — 12-15.
  • Let cool & put in the fridge for that healthy go fast snack.
