Jason Timms, CEO and founder of Transformation12 is an expert in nutrition, with over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer. He will help guide you throughout your plan, with support 7 days a week. T12 prices vary depending on services. Each package has been broken down for you below. Transformation 12 Personal Training

1-to-1 1hr Flexible Personal Training Session blocks.


You can book your sessions in blocks of 4, 8 or 12 at a time. These are completely flexible, meaning you are able to spread these over days, weeks or months to suit your lifestyle or needs. 

4 sessions £140
The standard price of a session is £35.
8 sessions £260
At a reduced rate of £32.50 per session.
12 sessions £360
At a reduced rate of £30 per session.


8 Week Nutrition & Train Plan

This plan includes :

  • Tailored Nutrition Plan
  • Tailored Fitness Plan
  • Support 7 days a week
  • Access to the online members area with recipes, fitness videos and nutritional information

Total £320  

To put into perspective that is: £40 per week or £5.71 per day. That’s the equivalent to a caramel latte, a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar from Costa.



8 Week Ultimate Nutrition & Train Plan 

This plan includes:

  • Tailored Nutrition Plan
  • Tailored Fitness Plan
  • Support 7 days a week
  • 8 Flexible 1hr 1-to-1 Personal training sessions with Jason (worth £280)
  • Access to the online members area with recipes, fitness videos and nutritional information

Total £400

To put into perspective that is: £50 per week. For only £7.14 a day for 8 weeks you could go from a gym novice to feeling confident in your skin.



12 Week Nutrition & Train Plan

  • Tailored Nutrition Plan
  • Tailored Fitness Plan
  • Support 7 days a week
  • Access to the online members area with recipes, fitness videos and nutritional information.

Total £420

To put in perspective that’s £35 per week, or £5 per day. That’s the equivalent to a pint at the pub or a Skinny Vanilla Spiced Latte and a cake.



12 Week Ultimate Nutrition & Train Plan

  • Tailored Nutrition Plan
  • Tailored Fitness Plan
  • Support 7 days a week
  • 10 Flexible 1hr 1-to-1 Personal training sessions with Jason (worth £350)
  • Access to the online members area with recipes, fitness videos and nutritional information.
  • Flexible payment plan (Optional with £30 admin fee)

Total £500

To put in perspective that’s £42 per week, or £5.95 a day. That’s the equivalent to a morrisons meal deal and a coffee to go.
