White Chocolate & Raspberry Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 85 g runny honey This can be swapped out for maple syrup or golden syrup
  • 85 g white chocolate Grenade spread.
  • 225 g rolled oats
  • 30 g freeze dried raspberries
  • 75 g raspberry & white chocolate protein powder.

Instructions
 

  • Melt honey & Grenade spread over a low heat until completely mixed
  • Add protein powder & oats.
  • Add small amount of water to loosen mix.
  • Add rasberries & mix.
  • Roll into balls — approx — 12-15.
  • Let cool & put in the fridge for that healthy go fast snack.

Notes

Please note – The protein powder used was a Diet Whey product. See Photo for brand & one used. 
Obviously if other protein powders are used with different nutritional values, this will massively change the macros of this recipe.
