Creamy, Cheesy Bacon, Mushroom & Broccoli Bake

Love bacon… love this! A simple but flavoursome dish that only that only takes 30 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 20 g Red Chilli de-seeded
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves  crushed
  • 60 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 80 ml Single Cream
  • 15 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Rosemary Leaves
  • 8 Bacon Medallions
  • 300g Mushrooms 

Instructions
 

  • Pre – heat oven to 190 degrees.
  • Place the Mushrooms & Bacon in an oven proof dish.Toss with the Oil, season with Salt & Black Pepper &roast for 10-15 mins.
  • Remove from oven & add Broccoli, Garlic, Rosemary, Cream & Cheese.
  • Add the Butter on top of the dish & return to the oven & cook for a further 15 – 20 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy.
