This tasty prawn stir-fry is a quick one. In just 20 minutes you can be enjoying this delicious 584 calorie meal.

  • 20 g butter 2 x portions of 10g
  • 300 g king prawns
  • 40 g light/mild honey
  • 60 ml light soya sauce
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • t tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves


  • Mix the Honey, Soya Sauce, Garlic & Ginger in a bowl. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the Prawns & marinate in the fridge for at least 15 mins. (you can marinate up to 24hrs) Just make sure you cover & refrigerate.
  • Heat 10g of Butter in a pan & cook the Peppers for 2-3 Mins. Set aside on a plate.
  • Add the other 10g of Butter in the pan & cook the marinated Prawns until they get nice & caramelised.
  • Add the Peppers back into the pan, with the remaining sauce & toss to combine.
  • Serve with some Rice (of your choice) & enjoy.
