Slow Cooker (Throw & Go) Chicken Curry

This is a tasty tangy curry that can be enjoyed by all the family. It is very quick to prep making it an ideal dish for those busy days.
Add cauliflower rice to complement this dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 120 g White Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 80 g TomatoPuree
  • 150 ml Low Fat Coconut Milk
  • 30 g MangoChutney
  • 6 g Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Chicken Stock Pot

Instructions
 

  • Put the chopped Onion and pepper in the base of the slow cooker.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients on top.
  • Stir everything together
  • Cook for 5/6 hours on low.
  • About half an hour before eating cut the chicken into pieces and stir everything up and then cook for a further 30 minutes.
  • Add cornflower to thicken if needed.
  • Serve with Cauliflower Rice (Calories for this not included).
