  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 200 g Chicken breast fillets
  • 60 g Fine egg noodle
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 40 g Spring onions
  • 150 g Beansprouts
  • 1 tsp Light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour


  • Cook Noodles in boiling water for 3-4 mins.
  • While Noodles are cooking, place Chicken in a bowl and add Soya Sauce, 5 Spice & Cornflour. Combine it all together with hands, until Chicken is well coated.
  • Drain Noodles in a Colander under running cold water.
  • Heat Oil in a pan & add the Chicken & cook for 2mins each side, or until Chicken is nearly cooked through.
  • Add Pepper & Spring Onions & cook for a further 2 mins.
  • Add Beansprouts & cook for a further 1min & then add Noodles to the pan & combine well.
  • Add a little extra Soya Sauce if you wish & then serve & enjoy.
