D/Bell Workout

Today we’ve got d/bells There are a few exercises you can do with d/bells. These are 7kg but you can go lighter. We’re going to do a tri-set: so 3 exercises back to back. Before picking anything up, it’s really important do warm up. In this video I am doing 10 body weight squats.

Intermediate HITT Workout: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest

Prepare to work! This is one of my favourites because there is a lot of movement involved. I’m going to demonstrate 1 round of each, but try to do 5. If you can’t, don’t worry, just try to do as many as you can.

1. 2 jump squat and 1 jumping jacks

2. High knees (clock in)

3. Caterpillar press-up, lateral jump

4. 2 press-ups, 2 squat thrusts, 2 jump squats

5. 1 squat thrusts, 2 land planks, 2 cross climbers

Intermediate HITT Workout 2: 30 seconds work, 20 seconds rest

I’m going to do these exercises once, but I want you to do each exercise twice and do two rounds.

1. High Knees

2. Side plank ass taps

3. Boxing burpees

4. Plank walk out, one press-up, two cross climbers, four shoulder taps

5. 2 lateral ladder sprints

6. 2 reverse lunges, 4 jump lunges

Advanced HITT Workout

This is hard: be prepared I’m doing 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest If you want to do 30 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, do that. This is a real calorie burner. I demonstrate 1 round, but I want you to do 4 rounds: this is a 20 minute workout.

1. 4 straight punches, jab-cross jab-cross, 1 burpee

2. Kick throughs

3. Runners lunges (alternate)

4. 3 lateral ladder sprints

5. Jumping oblique twist with one knee tuck jump
