I will start by saying, I’m not for 1 min saying fizzy sugary drinks are healthy, coz they’re definitely not!!!😑
But how many people would choose the β€˜ so called healthy drinks β€˜ on the left to the unhealthy drinks on the right πŸ€¦β€β™‚️
You can see the ones on the left are absolutely loaded with sugar and calories πŸ˜² completely overtaking the fizzy drinks on sugar and calories πŸ˜±
It all goes back to lack of nutritional knowledge πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
