Here it is: Goan Style Creamy Fish Curry🍛

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Cod Loin Fillet.
  • 80 g Korma Paste.
  • 120 g chopped white Onion.
  • 2 Green pepper
  • 200 ml Reduced Fat Coconut Milk.
  • 1 Chicken stock cube

Instructions
 

  • Heat the curry paste with a splash of water in a non-stick pan with a lid.
  • Add the onion and gently cook until softened. (around 2-3 mins)
  • Pour in the coconut milk & crumble on the stock cube.
  • Simmer to make a smooth sauce, adding a splash of water if it’s too thick.
  • Stir in the sliced pepper, then place the fish on top.
  • Cover & simmer for 10-12 mins until the fish is cooked through.
  • Serve with rice or veg of your choice.
