Dried Fruit 🍇⚠️⚠️
Last week I said don’t be fooled by dried fruit and I could write a whole post on the hidden sins of them.
Well here it is 👍🏻
Dried fruit should come with a health warning ⚠️
How many people would choose dried fruit to snack on instead of a chocolate bar 🍫 if they were picking a healthy option.
But as you can see you would be better having a Mars Bar.
It’s got less sugar & calories in it 😮
But just look at the difference in calories & sugar content between fresh fruit to dried fruit. It’s unbelievable 😮🤦‍♂️
So if you are snacking on dried fruit & wondering why you’re not loosing any weight, here’s why 😭😩
So here’s T12’s top tip.
Be careful of these so called health bars that are full of dried fruit. ⚠️⚠️
Most of the time a chocolate 🍫 bar has less sugar & calories in it. Therefore becoming a more healthy option 🤦‍♂️
