But there are so many health benefits to eating nuts, itโ€™s absolutely nuts ๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿ˜ฌ sorry ๐Ÿ˜
Recent studies have proven they help in lowering โ€œBad LDL Cholesterol โ€œ while boosting levels of โ€œGood HDL Cholesterol โ€œ ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
Not only that, they are loaded with nutritional value, packed with Protein ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป, Fibre, Vitamins and Minerals. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
Not forgetting they are rich in heart-healthy fats, the good Fat you need in your diet.
But be aware โš ๏ธ of portion size. Iโ€™ve mentioned it on some of my nutrition vlogs.
Anything thatโ€™s high in Fat, is going to be high in calories ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ซ
